Contest Rules

1. TO ENTER

To enter the Gooplex giveaway contest, signup through the giveaway sign up form page 

Limit of one contest entry per person.

No purchase required.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Contest is open to all Canadian and U.S.  residents who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence at the time of entering the contest. Employees of Gooplex and their affiliates, as well as their immediate family (father/mother, brother/sister, son/daughter) are not eligible to enter this contest.

3. PROCEDURE FOR AWARDING PRIZES

On second Monday (starting from January 16), Gooplex will hold a random draw to select a winner.

Winners will be contacted via email during the week following the draw

4. GENERAL RULES

4.1 The prize shall be accepted as is and may not be exchanged for an amount of money, nor sold nor transferred. No substitutions will be allowed.

4.2 If the prize cannot be awarded as described in these rules, Gooplex, their affiliates, as well as their respective directors, officers and employees, reserve the right to substitute a prize or prize component with another of comparable value.

4.3 Refusal to accept the prize releases Gooplex, their affiliates, as well as their respective directors, officers and employees, of any obligation toward the winner.

4.4 By entering, contestants agree to abide by the contest rules which shall be applied by the Gooplex.

All its decisions are final.
