Sebastien DemersPresident
Sebastien is a seasoned manager with a talent to simplify complex business matters. He is a rigorous strategist and a clever company and team leader. A pure entrepreneur at heart, he co-founded FokusGroup (1997), an Internet consulting firm, and sold it to publicly-traded Nexxlink Technologies (2000). He also co-founded Komunik (2002), canadian relationship marketing leader, which he brought public a few years later. The Company was on a run-rate of about $100M in revenues when the business was sold in 2009. Sebastien holds an undergraduate in marketing, an MBA (Queen's U.) and also graduated in law. He is a member of the certified management accountant (CMA) Order of Québec. Sebastien has been recognized throughout the business community and his expertise has been repeatedly acknowledged.

She graduated in accounting and holds a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation. She speaks fluently in English, French and Greek.

Karine has specialized in Internet and direct marketing for the past 11 years. She began her career as a consultant (namely for FokusGroup), before choosing the customer side and working as Marketing Director for successful pure web players, such as Netclub.com (sold to match.com in 2007), Unyk.com (sold to Viadeo in 2010), and LuxuryRetreats.com. Ms. Vincent holds an undergradute in Political Sciences, and a Master in Marketing Research and a certification in Direct Marketing.

Claude spent most of his professional carreer in customer service and sales. In the early '70s, he was already working for a company specialized in architectural plans - developping and supporting a booming sector. He then moved on to companies evolving in residential and commercial real estate - providing material for both construction and renovation. Claude hold a diploma in architectural plans and he has also completed multiple continuing courses sales, customer service and programming.
Mathieu BélangerOur Technology Expert
Mathieu is passionate about Web technologies. Early on, he was involved in multiple business projects involving Internet before founding his own Company (K3 Media) in 2002. He acted as architect and lead programmor for many years on the main software of the Company, developped in Open-Source code, a contrarian choice at the time. With unique business talents, he grew his business steadily over the years, always keeping a particular flair for upcoming Internet innovations. Mathieu is amongst the canadian select club of those who can count on a PHP 4 Zend Certified Engineer designation.
